π»πππ.
Time is a weird thing.
It passes ever-so-quickly.
Itβs a thief in the night.
Yet somehow it stands still.
π»πππ.
It never stops, but it feels like thereβs never enough.
π»πππ.
In the blink of an eye β¦
Youβre older.
Babies have grown leaps and bounds.
Loved ones have passed on.
That loss you thought you could never heal from feels light years away.
That silly grudge you harbored is suddenly a distant memory.
π»πππ.
One thing Iβve learned about time and loss through losing my biological father at a young age and my unborn child is to treasure it.
π»πππ.
We donβt always make the most of it.
We donβt always know how to prioritize it.
But itβs there.
π»πππ.
Today Iβm reminded that we are never guaranteed more time.
So, we should make the most of the time we do have.
π»πππ.
Take the picture (for some of us, thatβs all we have left when memories start to fade).
Send the note.
Tell your people you love them.
Say YES to the embarrassing grand gesture and slow dance with your spouse. Even in public.
Store those beautiful and mundane memories away in your heart.
π»πππ.
I donβt want to waste any more time trying to be someone Iβm not β time is just too precious.
π»πππ β itβs a gift from God. Letβs use it wisely and try not to wish it away.
